ABOUT ERNESTO BREDA
I graduated in Industrial Engineering and Management, focusing on Logistics & Supply Chain (final grade of 109/110 on February 2016). After a first experience in Luxottica in Agordo’s factory (4 months), I joined Amazon. Since then, I have had three different roles within Amazon Fresh (besides 6 months internship in Amazon BuyVip): I had worked as Instock Manager, owning the demand planning as well as logistics processes, and then I moved to Product Management. Firstly, I managed Non Grocery selection, analyzing and defining the optimal selection to enrich the grocery purchase journey, and I owned the process to migrate Amazon Fresh into Amazon.com. Since 2022, I have managed product pricing, working on pricing strategies as well as projects to improve the pricing customer experience. All these experiences allowed me to develop analytical skills (Excel/SQL/Python), essentials to dive deep into market trends/KPIs and take final decisions or present new proposals/strategies to Leadership. Additionally, they taught me to collaborate with other teams (both business and tech), being open to assess different opinions and working together to meet final goals or deliver projects.
