My purpose is to provide people with the right tools and resources to help them succeed in the workplace in alignment with the organization’s objectives. Choosing a career in strategic Human Resource management has empowered me to live by my values and be excited about my work. As a Human Resources leader, I believe in enabling organizations to achieve their goals through improving workplace dynamics and usage of the organization\'s most important resource, people! My experiences have provided me exposure to multiple competencies such as talent management, employee relations, total rewards, employee engagement and learning & development. Combined with a strong financial background, I am skilled in driving decisions with data, solving problems through team integration, and forming meaningful internal and external stakeholder partnerships. I\'m very passionate about our planet and environment. When I am not at work, you can find me volunteering for not for profit organizations, golfing, reading autobiographies of inspiring female leaders, binging podcasts, and traveling.
