My comprehensive expertise in academic advisement, college counseling, and case management has equipped me with the skills to support students of various academic and socioeconomic backgrounds. My ultimate goal is to make a difference in the lives of students by providing them with the resources and guidance they need to succeed in college and beyond. Along side leadership our team is driving the success behind the Path to 2025 initiative to increase the amount of degree holders in the immediate Newark area.With a focus on college and career planning, curriculum development, and academic advising, I bring unique knowledge and experiences to the table. I am proficient in utilizing Salesforce and PowerSchool to streamline processes and enhance student support. Additionally, I excel in group counseling and leadership coaching, empowering others to reach their full potential.I am eager to partner with schools and organizations to provide strategic guidance and support in college and career planning.
