In this new role, I will continue to oversee evaluation, data monitoring and data analysis for the entire portfolio of UHI programs. In addition, I now help to ensure that all UHI program’s impact are translated into metrics that meet the strategic imperatives of the UHI, UCM and community benefit. I represent UCM in organization-wide endeavors related to evaluation, data and analytics. I work with UHI leaders of Community Benefit, DEI, Community Relations, Transformation, etc, to help develop workflows and evaluation frameworks that align with the 5 core standards of evaluation. I will continue to train and oversee all staff responsible for implementing respective program evaluations, ensuring adherence to rigorous methods and standard frameworks (e.g. PDSA, RE-AIM, PRISM). I will continue to lead the creation of logic models, evaluation frameworks and Tableau dashboards to enable access to and understanding of UHI programmatic impact, helping to tell the story of our work with patients and communities.
