ABOUT ERNEST BERRY

As an gound level logistics expert with over 18 years experience, I’ve developed a unique desire to use my experience and academic achievements to serve the supply chain industry. Starting my career behind the wheel in logistics, I\'ve since worked across various operational roles, gaining a well-rounded perspective of transportation, logistics and the supply chain landscape. This journey has equipped me with valuable insights into logistics operations that drive end-to-end first mile and last mile strategies. I’ve earned two Master’s degrees—in Business Management and Human Resource Management—and am currently pursuing my Doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership (D.S.L.). I’m an active student member of both Society for Human Resource Management, and North Texas Association of Supply Chain Management. These organizations that have been instrumental in keeping me updated on compliance standards, industry best practices, and helping me stay connected to a wonderful network of like-minded professionals. This blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience allows me to combine strategic thinking with practical problem-solving in logistics and supply chain sector. I’m eager to apply my skills I developed as a business professional. My ultimate goal is to make a significant difference in the supply chain industry specifically laser focused towards the logistics sector.
