   Serves as the principal advisor to the Director on all matters relating to the development and implementation of the Youth Bullying Prevention Act of 2012.• Lead the creation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent and equitable application of the Act across all covered entities, including DC public schools, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. • Design and implement bullying prevention programming for K-12 students across 12 public schools in the District of Columbia. • Provide ongoing support and strategic direction to approximately 160 District-Wide Youth Inclusion Coordinators and affiliated youth-serving entities. Monitor and assess compliance with each entity\'s bullying prevention plan. • Develop and lead education and outreach initiatives that promote bullying prevention and youth inclusion among families, schools, community stakeholders, and local education agencies. • Develops education and outreach activities in bullying prevention and youth inclusion to community stakeholders including District families, youth-serving agencies and local education agencies.• Contribute to the creation of public-facing promotional and educational materials to raise awareness and understanding of the Youth Bullying Prevention Program. • Represent the Executive Branch in making annual reports to the City Council on behalf of covered entities regarding the implementation of the bullying prevention plans.
