ABOUT ERNA TABAKOVA

A hard-working professional with 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.Explored the IT business from different perspectives: as a specialist supporting the sales process for Oracle (one of the largest software vendors), as a key person responsible for partner relations at first and then as a consultant / analyst / project manager in PMSOFT (Russian company specialised on project management consulting), as an IT business analyst within an in-house IT company for SIBUR (one of the world\'s largest petrochemicals enterprises).I like to communicate with customers and dig deep in order to uncover their true needs, I enjoy structuring a tiny part of the world\'s chaos when designing business processes and putting together the software requirements, I am always eager to participate in testing of the developed functionality and gathering feedback from the technical team and the end users as this allows me to outline lessons to be learnt.I am naturally very attentive to the details, but learnt to focus on the big picture when necessary. Being good at searching for information both on the Intranet and the Internet, I am a quick and unaided learner. I have also successfully on-boarded several new employees and buddied/mentored several junior team members.My advanced level of English allowed me to work with professionals from all over the world and understand that being a part of global business and international teams is my true passion.
