Structurally designed and detailed a wide range of façade system components, including copings, rainscreen cladding panels, curtain wall systems, window head and cill flashings ensuring EC and CWCT regulations are met. Performed both hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to design and validate structural elements such as brackets, connections, mullions, and transoms. Assessed these components against worst-case load combinations including wind, dead, and imposed loads to ensure ultimate safety and serviceability. Generated accurate project quotations and lead time estimates, enabling effective planning and scheduling of design, procurement, and installation phases. Authored detailed and well-structured technical reports covering all aspects of façade design, including fabrication processes, material specifications, installation methodologies, and structural performance.
