I manage the end-to-end design and distribution of monthly Chefs@Home meal kits, providing nutritious ingredients and recipes to over 400 local families.My role involves leading weekly volunteer shifts and collaborating with local restaurants and community organizations to produce bilingual digital nutrition resources. By bridging the gap between nutritional theory and practical culinary solutions, I help address food insecurity in Orange County through accessible, high-impact programming and strategic outreach.
