Responsible for the Project Management Consulting and Basic Engineering Design Package for Middle-East HPBF & HDPE Plants. It includes the elaboration of engineering documentation starting from a Process Design Package (PDP) produced by Licensor to better transfer the technology information to any EPC Contractor for Detail Engineering development and Construction: Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements; Recommend actions to improve progress, ensure accurate documentation and reporting on a consistent basis, coordinate team meetings and works planning; Oversee, identify plan deviations and recommend resolution for project manager; monitor performance and determine improvement areas by developing KPIs for critical department metrics, implementing Lean Strategies; Maintain current and forecasted Cash Flow data when compared to projected Cash Flow, implement cost reduction and saving; Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems; Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations and managing good relationships with Customers / Clients; Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;

How many times, driven by the concept of the \'\'Memento Audere Semper\'\', humans managed to make possible even the impossible? There is no shortage of examples in this sense: just think of the most recent history to realize that Steve Jobs, Nelson Mandela and many others were people with a great dream, who put the maximum effort to achieve the impossible, until they succeed. Since when I started to work, my target has been to push to go beyond the level we have operated: constantly challenge the status quo, focusing on the priorities that will deliver the best outcomes and letting go what won’t. I believe we can and must do better and aim at higher, but never at the expenses of our values and judgment. My fields of interest are Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Industrial & Operational Excellence. I love animals and nature, I am a motorcycle enthusiast, and I like to spend my free time reading, playing tennis and travelling around the world.
