About Eric McCray
I’m an HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and global investigations, supported by a SHRM-CP certification and a degree in Human Resources. I’ve spent over a decade in HR, including the last 7 years at Eli Lilly and Company, where I held various roles across Recruiting, HR Business Partnership and Sales Leadership. My early career began in Community Mental Health before moving into Pharma, where I’ve grown both functionally and strategically. Recently, I transitioned into a Sales Leadership role to strengthen my leadership skills and gain insight into the commercial side of the business. While I’m enjoying this new challenge, my long-term passion remains in Human Resources, especially in roles that connect people strategy with business outcomes.
