Serves as a liaison in the preparation, submitting, review and approval of the annual budget for the assigned branches•Train and meet with the program directors weekly to drive forecast accuracy and meet the budget/forecast variance deadlines and develop budgets•Provide various reports and tracking tools that will help directors know their financial picture at all times (weekly income monitors, enrollment reports, childcare draft reports, statistical reports, etc.)•Work with program directors and coordinators on building high quality, well planned and financially strong programs and provide break even analysis to support each of those programs•Provide accurate and detailed explanation of the monthly variances for each of the assigned branched to the Senior Finance Director and Team Headquarters•Work with the Executive Directors on providing the necessary back up reports for Finance and Board meetings and attend the meetings as requested•Lead the month end process by creating monthly reporting and variance analysis and provide findings to Team Headquarters for corrections/updates as needed•Research variances and gather the appropriate back-up documentation to submit journal entry adjustments to the General Ledger in compliance with US GAAP and Team Headquarters policy•Provide necessary financial information to leadership via effective and timely communication•Effectively review and proves End of Month and End of Year functions•Assists with Grant management to include application, reporting and funds management•Responsible for maintenance of the General Ledger and chart of accounts for the assigned branched•Work closely with the business center leadership and staff to ensure the membership and program drafts and enrollments correspond with the timing of the programs in adaptive•Assist the Business Center with any requests or support as needed
