The dictionary tells us that \"purpose\" is the reason something exists, an intended end; aim; or goal. Purpose creates meaning, offers a sense of direction, and helps guide our paths, behaviors and our goals when applied to our lives. MY INSPIRATION My grandmother did the unimaginable when forced to migrate to the U.S while temporarily leaving her family due to turmoil in her home country of Nicaragua. Growing up there were countless times where she emphasized that although things can be difficult, they are possible, just believe in yourself. My mother, the hardest working person I know, raised my two brothers and I by herself, while making sure we always had what we needed. Work-ethic is undoubtedly what my mother has instilled in me. My mother in-law entered later in my life, she helped me realize the importance of developing and maintaining my Faith. As I think about common characteristics of the women in my life, they were divorced, widowed, or faced other major life transitions. CHANGING LIVES I always knew that my purpose was to make a positive difference in people\'s lives. I feel fortunate that I get to accomplish this daily by helping families prepare and navigate some of their anxious life transitions. Currently, we serve mostly women who have experienced one of those transitions or they are the primary voice or decision maker with their family finances. I believe that my passion and ability to connect, guide and education our clients have to do with the women who have impacted my life. ABOUT US Growing up in Wyoming, I learned what it takes to positively impact small communities. I am blessed to be married to my beautiful, high school sweetheart, Makayla, who inspires and supports me daily to be the person I am today! Makayla and I have three amazing children; Amiah, Brielle, and Cason. My office partner, Tierra does a great job leading our branch while providing exceptional service to our clients.
