1.Utility Maintenance: Asset care & Preventive Maintenance, ensuring smooth and safe operation of all the machineries.2. Implementation of Preventive maintenance schedule for maintaining equipment’s health and thus increasing the OEE.3. Reduction in breakdown by applying corrective action at site.4. Heading the Project Forest “Project Game Changer” from Unit Side which is around 20 crore which includes new infrastructure and installation of new machinery equipment.5. To deal with new Vendor/OEM for installation/repairing of Machineries at Unit.6. Manufacturing Excellence (ME): Bringing the ME culture in the unit, assisting on new initiatives for energy and water conservation complying with ME standards.7. Taking care of operations of Effluent Treatment plant as per Pollution control board consent, if any discrepancy found then corrective action should be taken.8. ME Reports: Daily monitoring and documentation of all the routine and non-routine activities related to engineering.9. Environment Health & Safety (EHS): Responsible and Coordinator of all the EHS activities in the unit10. To Implement TQM on shop floor.12. To ensure proper implementation of GMPs on Shop floor.
