As Lead Talent Sourcer, I drive the sourcing, attraction, and securing of top-tier talent for our Customer Excellence Group across EMEA. 🤝 I partner closely with business leaders to bring in exceptional professionals who help our customers realize the full value of the ServiceNow platform.As the regional Talent Sourcing Lead for CEG, I serve as the point of contact for planning and executing sourcing strategies, presenting market insights and hiring approaches to leadership, and aligning sourcing activity with business priorities.
