I like solving problems. Through my career, I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find answers to the most pressing questions. Whether it’s a simple price negotiation for a certain service or finding a personalized solution to e certain need. I’ve been able to quirky uncover a customer’s pain point and identify a strategic solution. With my refined skills set, I bring customer–centric mindfulness that enables financial institutions to innovate and thrive. This is what I have done for my clients at ProCredit Bank and Credins Bank during my 9+ years of experience, and it’s what I continue to do at CFFA since ‘20 as a Account Relationship Manager where I provide expertise on financing Small Medium Enterprises. My intellectual curiosity also drives me to be a lifelong learner. Beside my Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting I attend several courses which help me to enrich my knowledge.
