Role also includes packaging design and UX design.Key Responsibilities:• Design and optimize product detail page (PDP) assets and graphics• Create product-specific visuals, banners, and promotional modules• Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistency and alignment with brand strategy• Design launch campaign assets across digital channels (site, email, social, paid)• Design visually compelling, high-performing email templates and campaigns• Translate briefs and messaging into clean, responsive layouts• Implement modular email systems when possible for efficiency and scalability• Create engaging content for both paid ads and organic social across platforms including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, and direct mail• Design direct response creatives for paid social with strong hooks, product showcases, and clear CTAs• Support storytelling and visual consistency in organic social posts, carousels, Reels covers, and highlight assets• Build reusable templates for emails, ads, and PDP modules• Establish visual systems that streamline recurring work (e.g. promotional banners, sale overlays)• Set up design files for team-wide collaboration (shared libraries, styles, symbols, etc.) Iterate on performance-based variations and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team• Partner with freelance retouchers to ensure files are clean, color-corrected, and aligned with brand standards
