   I have had fantastic opportunities of exploration and growth in my career at NFP. I initially adapted my project management and analytical skills into the world of HR and gained expertise in several areas including recruitment, relationship management, internship programming, process building and improvement, and DEI strategy. I\'ve had the pleasure of building great relationships within the company and externally, which has helped me better serve as a connector of people and collaborative opportunities. I work closely with our Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, DEI Team and Advisory Board, as well as cross functionally with our HR Team, business leaders, and external partners, to drive initiatives that support our evolving strategy and steps towards building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. My growing skillsets and passion for DEI in combination with access to great leaders and mentors, have allowed me the opportunity to help build the beginnings of NFP’s DEI journey, which started with a women in leadership initiative and has grown into a full DEI function across the company. I helped launch our DEI Advisory Board, our first 4 resource groups, and partner with leadership to develop our DEI structure and strategy. I helped build and facilitate NFP’s allyship training and certification program, create employee dashboards for advanced learning and DEI connections across the company, and partner with clients and community partners that have shared values and goals.
