NOTABLE PROJECTS• Led end-to-end discovery, usability, and evaluative research for development of high-impact internal tool, including 100+ in-depth interviews, usability testing, moderated and unmoderated card sorting sessions• Conducted 15 in-depth discovery interviews and usability testing sessions to inform and test preliminary designs of internal-facing cost estimation tool. Findings drove design changes in 3 key areas of the prototype, resulting in full tool implementation and stakeholder buy-in for additional research & design.• Conducted tree testing sessions with 52 participants (13 moderated, 39 unmoderated) to test proposed company intranet information architecture structure; Resulted in actionable recommendations for taxonomy and information architecture adjustments and recommendations for overall design and educational strategies to enhance employee intranet experience.• Conducted usability tests of mini video player embedded on Spectrum News website with 10 participants to understand user perception of mini video player location on webpage, assess likelihood of increased engagement, and evaluate overall usability of the video player; User insights led to key functionality changes prior to launch.• Developed comprehensive service blueprint of the current end-to-end process of designing, printing, and shipping home internet equipment instructions; We conducted SME interviews with 5 key stakeholders and conducted onsite field research to create a comprehensive blueprint for our stakeholders; Led to stakeholder request for future state blueprint(Contract via Eliassen Group)
