Our team calls itself “The Wonder Engineers” because our goal is to leave every event attendee with a sense of magic and fulfillment that is authentically Kansas City. ABOUT Keli O’Neill, CEO and President of O\'Neill Events & Marketing, is the visionary force behind many of Kansas City’s most iconic civic, corporate, and entertainment events. With over 25 years of experience, Keli brings a deep understanding of the city and unmatched expertise in planning and executing high-profile events — from press conferences and concerts to historic celebrations and political campaigns. Throughout her career, Keli has led and collaborated on numerous landmark projects, including serving as Sponsor Tour Director for the Amway Global Tina Turner Tour (2008), and co-producing the 2024, 2023, and 2020 Chiefs Super Bowl Championship Parades & Rallies, as well as the 2015 Royals World Series Parade. She is also the founder and director of Boulevardia Festival and the Kansas City Irish Fest (since 2003), two beloved annual events that showcase her creativity and leadership. Keli’s commitment to her community extends beyond events. She serves as a mayoral appointee on the Kansas City Neighborhood Tourism Development Board (NTDF) and holds a position on the world board of the International Festivals and Events Association (IFEA). A Certified Festival and Events Executive (CFEE), Keli is also proud to hold Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certification.
