In this role, I lead strategies and initiatives that aim to connect, inform, and engage employees across the port authority. My work focuses on aligning internal communications with organizational priorities and supporting people through change.I’ve developed and delivered communications strategies for major initiatives including the rollout of our hybrid work program, the introduction of the Organizational Health Index (OHI) survey, and the launch of the One Team Awards (a new values-based recognition program) and the port authority\'s first employee resource group (ERG) framework. I also support the organization’s corporate awards efforts, including drafting the winning nomination for a YWCA Women of Distinction Award for Outstanding Workplace in 2025.In addition to leading communications around accessibility and inclusion, I am the co-chair of PortAbilities (the port authority\'s accessibility ERG).
