ABOUT ERIN PSAJDL DAVIS

I am currently the Coordinator of Football Research & Development with the Tennessee Titans. I am happy to be moving back into Football Operations after spending an incredible year as a Data Scientist with the Kansas City Chiefs in Finance, Strategy, & Analytics.Previously, I was a Football Data Analyst for the Houston Texans of the National Football League. In this role, I provided insight via a variety of statistical methods to the coaching staff, scouts, players and the front office.I am an alumni of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor\'s of Business Administration with a major in Sports Management and a minor in Finance & a Masters\' Degree in Sports Data Analytics. I believe that data tells a story, and I enjoy uncovering the story it tells. In the Price College of Business, I was a member of the highly selective JCPenney Leadership Program, as well as the OU Sports Management Club.At OU, I was involved in CAC Mom\'s Day as the Director of Sponsorship, which allowed me to focus on the budgeting and financial part of a campus-wide event and apply my not only my finance skills, but also my leadership and communication skills. I was also involved in my sorority, Sigma Phi Lambda, in which I served as the homecoming chair and lead as the Chaplain, and enjoyed taking part in our philanthropy, World Vision. Outside of OU, I was involved in the Norman community through a mentorship program called Coffee Talk, in which I mentored two high school freshman girls.According to the Gallup Strengths Finder 2.0, my top 5 strengths are:1. Competition - I strive to win first place & revel in contests.2. Achiever - I work hard and possess a great deal of stamina. I take immense satisfaction in being busy and productive.3. Futuristic - I am inspired by the future and what could be and energize others with my visions of the future.4. Strategic - I create alternative ways to proceed and can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues in any given scenario.5. Learner - I have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve.
