In my role as External Executive Coach, Executive Coaching & Feedback Program (ECFP), McNulty Leadership Program, The Wharton School, I am an independent contractor engaged by the Executive Coaching & Feedback Program (ECFP). I provide leadership coaching to Wharton Executive MBA and full-time MBA students, as well as to staff at Wharton, on a contract basis, year to year as invited by the McNulty program leadership team. This role is project-based, and I am not employed by or formally affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania or The Wharton School. The coaching work involves the Wharton Leadership 360 and is focused on developing leaders utilizing Wharton\'s leadership competencies.
