   Partner with leaders across Recruiting, People Operations, and Internal Systems to identify key problem areas or opportunities for improvement across process and technology areas • Deliver highly complex and highly visible strategic reports and analysis to Recruiting and recruiting leaders • Create thorough and data driven PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for Director of Global Recruiting • Serve as a reporting resource for recruiting, creating ad-hoc reports as requested both outside and inside of the organization, and enable recruiters to develop their reporting skills • Design and build reporting dashboards so that our hiring managers, recruiters, finance partners, and leaders within the company can get the information they need quickly and in a digestible and actionable format • Define HRIS / Recruiting system improvements to increase the collection of accurate and timely metrics to drive decision making • Manage and monitor Sift’s outward facing recruiting material and overall employer brand so potential candidates have an authentic view of our culture, opportunities and teams • Build operational process to enable the recruiting team to meet hiring targets efficiently as we scale • Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives (e.g. Interview Training) • Architect our Sponsored Content Campaigns, and Career pages on recruiting platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Comparably) • Create and execute large-scale and intimate recruiting events as a partner with department specific recruiters
