ABOUT ERIN MELODY

I have worked in undergraduate college admission at Jesuit institutions 20+ years. My responsibilities have ranged from territory management and student recruitment to alumni volunteer coordination and event planning to communication/marketing development and the coordination of work with consultants and outside vendors. I have worked with a variety of school sizes, staff sizes and budget sizes. I have had the opportunity to travel around the country and work with a variety of people from young adults beginning the college search to older alums who want to share their incredible passion for their alma mater with these students. I have been fortunate to meet a lot of fantastic people along the way and establish networks of colleagues and friends who have taught me so much. My plan is to continue on this path, learning more, gaining more experience, developing professionally and making more connections along the way. My priority in this work is connecting with the students and their families as they explore their options and make their decisions regarding the investment they are about to make in their future and their higher education. Working with the families and the counselors involved in the process has been the greatest gift in this work that I have done and look forward to continuing to do.
