The Keely Group is a boutique virtual psychotherapy practice for high-achieving adults who want more than coping strategies. Based in NYC, seeing clients across NY, NJ, and CT.I founded the practice as virtual-only before remote therapy became the default—because the people we work with are too busy for commutes, and because depth work through a screen requires real clinical skill, not just a Zoom link. Practicing virtually at this level is its own discipline.We work with executives, business leaders, artists, and twice-exceptional adults who are succeeding by most external measures and still feel like something essential is missing—in their relationships, their sense of self, or the gap between the life they\'ve built and the one they actually want.
