   As a consultant for All Coast Canvas, I was brought in to assess and optimize both operational workflows and business development efforts during a period of growth and transition. I conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the company\'s production and administrative processes, identifying key bottlenecks that were limiting efficiency and scalability.By implementing tailored systems and streamlined workflows, I helped transform day-to-day operations in both the workshop and front office—improving coordination, reducing delays, and creating a more productive and organized work environment. Recognizing the need for the right talent to support these changes, I also led recruitment efforts to fill staffing gaps, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and ensuring strong alignment with the company’s evolving operational needs.In addition to operational improvements, I provided strategic support on the business development side. I guided the company through registration with SAM.gov, positioning them to pursue federal contracts and expand into government markets. I also collaborated with the leadership team to define target markets and develop a cohesive marketing strategy and sales process, helping to enhance visibility, improve client outreach, and support long-term growth objectives.My role combined hands-on problem-solving with big-picture strategy, allowing the company to operate more efficiently while laying the groundwork for sustainable expansion and new revenue opportunities.
