Oversee teams of internal and external functional and technical resources. Responsible for program strategy, system architecture, project breakdown, project planning, resourcing, budget and all aspects of the day to day management of projects in the roadmap. • Senior Content manager of the UN YouTube channel responsible for posting and promotion of live and on demand content. Responsible for advising content creators on formats and elements that best target the platform based on in-depth metrics and audience feedback. Have grown the channel from 50k to over 2.5 million subscribers; Launched a live 24 hour channel on YouTube. Act as the UN system wide focal point for YouTube Partnership and advise legal, other departments and agencies on YouTube issues and best practices. • Responsible for social media platforms branded as @UNWebTV • Sub-unit chief of the webcast technical team - managing all technical and maintenance projects for UN Web TV • Plan and oversee the promotion of live broadcasts on WebTV Facebook and Twitter accounts • Liaise with event organizers (UN Departments, Offices, Agencies, Permanent Missions, etc) to plan and produce live and on-demand webcast coverage;
