   Recognitions: Multiple awards (Pride Points, sporting event tickets, cash, etc.) for going above and beyond in assisting with special assignments, out of scope work to support strategic initiatives, and living the Boeing Values- Review and validate product nonconformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements. Perform analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes to Quality Management System requirements, applicable company procedures, contract requirements or government regulations- Lead cross-functional collaboration with global external suppliers and internal teams to review and validate product nonconformances in alignment with Boeing’s quality and production requirements. Spearhead root cause analysis and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders to eliminate defects, support increased production rates, and protect global supply chain integrity- Independently develop, modify and document actions to assure problem resolution or to implement corrective/preventive action. Secure supplier commitments for timely corrective actions (CA), strengthening supplier relationships and ensuring effective resolution of quality issues- Oversee CA implementation from audit findings, ensuring product storage and handling meet engineering requirements and support production scalability- Mentor and train employees on Quality Management System best practices, fostering a culture of quality excellence and operational readiness.
