Oversee the creation of a Tableau public data dashboard and supporting data pipeline to ensure seamless integration with the evaluation website for CYBHI stakeholders- Solutions Lead, California Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Gap Analysis, DHCS & California Department of Aging (CDA) – Lead infrastructure, data storage, and hosting migration from Snowflake to AWS. Oversee the development of an automated data pipeline for ingesting (PII/PHI) claims data to support a statewide HCBS gap analysis and ad hoc analyses of Medi-Cal and non-Medi-Cal covered services. Drive measure development based on analysis results. Manage the design and development of a digital report using Angular and D3 to publicly host CDA gap analysis findings- Solutions Lead, Medi-Cal Access Assessment and Improvement, DHCS – Lead the development of an automated data pipeline, overseeing the receipt, ingestion, and transformation of raw data files into calculated measures using SQL, AWS, C#, and.NET.
