I have spent nearly 20 years working to close the opportunity gap in historically disenfranchised communities, first as a teacher through Teach For America and now leading the external relationships team for a national organization specializing in school leadership development. As the Vice President of Partnerships, I am responsible for facilitating mission-aligned expansion efforts and partnerships with schools, districts, funders, and other organizations across the country as well as leading the Accelerate Institute Community (alumni) engagement strategy. I also work to ensure Accelerate Institute’s voice is clear, recognized, and trusted through my work leading our marketing strategy. I truly thrive in building connections and relationships with educators, education leaders, and others passionate about educational equity. Highlights: Developed and led all partnership and marketing strategies to launch the Accelerate Institute Membership (AIM) and build Accelerate Institute\'s brand through thoughtful marketing efforts Led external efforts to pilot Accelerate Online, an online learning platform and community for educators and school leaders Created launch plans and built key relationships and partnerships to launch three new programs (Growth Accelerator, Leadership Academy, and Accelerate Online) Grew the Principal Fellowship program in six regions across the United States with earned revenue of more than $4 million Recruited more than 600 program participants Expertise in: Relationship Building, Partnership Management, Communications, Business Development, Growth Strategy, Team Management, and Strategic Planning
