Experience

  1. Program Director

    Spirit & Place

Jan 2015 — Present · Indianapolis, IN, US

As Program Director, I oversee the annual Spirit & Place Festival by working with 100+ community partners across sectors and disciplines. I manage the Civic Circles program (formerly Civic Saturdays) which is an arts- and humanities-based series that aims to unite people in (little “d”) democratic fellowship. I also support Spirit & Place’s Powerful Conversations on Race series which uses the civic reflection dialogue method to discuss racial history and oppression. A certified trainer in civic reflection dialogue, I work with Spirit & Place to train and support additional facilitators from the community.
