I am passionate about enhancing HR operations, administration, employee engagement, and project management. As the Human Resources Director at Hightower Advisors, I oversee eight HR operational functions and manage a team of five. I hold the SHRM-SCP credential and have completed a leadership coaching program at Harvard Extension School. I am committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and empowering employees to achieve their full potential.In my previous role as an Employee Relations Manager at Charles River Associates, I managed performance across the firm, including delivering new supervisor training and holding 1:1 coaching sessions. I also managed the annual performance review cycle, created high performer engagement and retention plans, and designed specialized performance improvement initiatives. I worked with practice leaders and senior leadership to integrate new hires and acquisitions into the firm and created customized onboarding curriculums. I leveraged my skills in training and development, program coordination, and performance management to enhance employee relations and satisfaction.
