Cost proposal manager for $25 million USAID/BHA proposal in East Africa, winning company’s first prime award over ten competitors. Supports BD costing and pricing; pink and red team reviews; solicitation compliance and matrices. IDIQ Manager for OCI subcontract with USAID Jordan; develops TO budgets, manages client relationship, approvals and contractual compliance from pre-award to close-out. Reviews/submits client invoicing; develops invoice templates in line with contract. Manages GSA MAS Contract; IFF reporting.
