I ensure our HR and Enterprise people processes meet organizational needs.Recent bodies of work:~2024: HCM Lead for implementation of UKG Timekeeping and Safeguard Payroll in France and India. Configured all the core Workday setup within HCM (bps, orgs, reporting, security), advised the Integrations Lead on bp and functional data, led the in-country teams to perform data reconciliation and prepare core staffing processes in Workday.~2023: Lead Workday Admin re-implementing HCM and Recruiting module in 14 European countries. Configured Onboarding, Staffing BPs, Contracts, Employment Agreements/Offers, Collective Agreements, Reporting, Pay Groups, Security~2022: Lead Workday Admin for Total Job Architecture replacement. Deprecated all job profiles, job families, and job family groups for a new structure. Cleaned up our Compensation Grade and Grade Profile framework. Facilitated the change with all downstream technical teams/systems impacted by the replacement of our core framework.During the Kronos outage of year end 2021, stood up Workday time tracking with a small agile team of peers in a few days to mitigate the crisis and ensure our frontline workforce was paid accurately for their hours worked.Previous specialties: Annual performance and rewards processes, learning campaigns and security.Agile delivery preferred via JIRA and Azure DevOps
