About Erin Gregor
Erin Gregor is a Deputy Director in the Foundation Strategy Office at the Gates Foundation, where she leads strategy projects and provides advisory support across a range of global health and development programs. She previously held roles at Gates as a Strategy Officer with the India Country Office and as an Associate Strategy Officer on the central strategy team.Before rejoining the foundation in late 2025, Erin was a Principal at The Bridgespan Group, advising family offices, foundations, and philanthropic collaboratives on climate, health, and impact investing strategies. She also coached nonprofit leadership teams through Bridgespan’s Leading for Impact program and served as Staffing Manager for the firm’s Boston and Washington DC offices.Earlier in her career, Erin worked across the nonprofit, philanthropic, public, and private sectors. Her experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at the Health Finance Institute, a graduate intern with the United Nations Development Programme’s HIV, Health, and Development team, and Campaign Manager for epidemiologist Dr. Natalia Linos in her 2020 run for Massachusetts’s Fourth Congressional District. Erin also worked as a Consultant with Bain & Company, with project experience in Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, and the United States.Erin holds a Bachelor of Business and Journalism from the Queensland University of Technology, where she was awarded a Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship and named Student Leader of the Year. She also earned a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, receiving the Robert Belfer Annual Award for Best Policy Analysis Exercise in International and Global Affairs.
