Attention to continuous improvement and motivation to be a top performing team resulted in my team supporting FedEx Ground, Freight Canada, and Express Europe to achieve an average settlement payment accuracy metric of 99.9% on $4.5 billion paid per year. My passion for enabling the business through IT is evident in my current leadership role where I focus on empowering FedEx’s enterprise business agility and IT modernization movement from both a people and systems perspective. I am shifting mindsets to embrace a Development Operations (DevOps) culture focused on IT modernization to enable next generation capabilities while transforming the speed and means at which IT delivers value to the business.
