ABOUT ERIN FINAN

Wicked problems captivate me. I work as a bilingual Consultant on the Customer & Operations team within KPMG\'s Management Consulting practice. I bring an international perspective to my work; I\'ve had consulting experiences in Chile and Colombia, where I supported a large financial services client with their global financial technology transformation. I have lived in multiple countries and visited over 25, so I understand what it means to live and work in a cross-cultural environment. I\'ve completed university exchanges in Norway and Uruguay, and I\'ve gained volunteer experience across South America. This journey enabled me to attain working proficiency in Spanish, which has allowed me to facilitate workshops throughout South America during my time as a consultant. In my career, I\'ve worked into finance, retail, and risk, with prior roles at National Bank Financial and Aritzia. I\'ve also contributed to KPMG on the Technology Risk Consulting team. During my time at Queen\'s University, I was proud to be a member of the Women’s Varsity Volleyball team. I thrive in high-pressure environments while collaborating with a team towards a common objective. I love getting outside in any way I can. Last year I spent the winter in the Chile where I was able to focus on my passion for backcountry skiing as well as surfing.
