A results-oriented professional with a passion for improving organizational processes and developing collaborative partnerships. Over my career I’ve grown into a cross-cultural leader who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and industries- most recently in information security. Having lived overseas for 7+ years in Japan and Moldova, I learned to adapt to new cultures and communicate in Japanese and Russian languages. At work, my leadership style aims to encourage strengths while motivating people to achieve goals. I\'m experienced in program/project management, client partnership development, training and achieving operational excellence. Naturally self-motivated, I can handle multiple competing projects in a dynamic environment, although I do appreciate balance and making sure to set aside focus time to do my job well. With 20+ years working for for-profit companies, non-profit organizations, and government agencies, I\'m always open to learn about possible new career adventures.
