Reporting to the Global Head of Factory Deployment, this role and business unit plays a pivotal role in driving the majority of Trackunit’s equipment and software sales, ensuring seamless telematics hardware and software adoption at scale from the factory OEM to end customers managing multi-million dollar projects.My role oversees end-to-end deployment of equipment and software solutions from the factory OEM supplier to the largest construction and construction rental companies. The heart of my role is a commitment to innovation, efficiency, customer success, and ensuring that Trackunit’s cutting-edge telematics technology delivers real-time data, enhanced connectivity, and operational excellence for our global partners with key focus areas:Cross-Functional partnership internally and externally with sales, engineering, customer success, deployment, product marketing, training, and executive leadership teams for continuous process improvements. Additionally, driving customer driven Program Development of tailored solutions for construction and rental industry leaders. End-to-End Program Execution including developing new and emerging OEM relationships from inception of relationship, execution of contracts, full deployment of integration of equipment and technical requirements into the factory line standard operating procedures, and ensure software from equipment to Trackunits software program, competing software porgrams through API feeds across global fleets for optimized fleet insights.OEM & Enterprise Customer Management - Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with OEMs, construction companies, and rental firms, managing contract negotiations, deployment strategies, data driven insights, budgeting, and stakeholder commication.
