Ms. Swiatocha is an experienced leader in healthcare and Health Information Technology, with years of experience managing teams and projects in both the not for profit and federal healthcare sectors. She currently serves as the Director of Ambulatory Practice Transformation and Quality Performance at VHC Health, a 457 bed community teaching hospital and multi-site physician practice group in Arlington, Virginia. In this role she is sponsible for strategic and operational leadership as it relates to ambulatory and specialty value-based care, to include quality performance and preventive care, care management, care coordination and transitions, patient outreach for gap closure, value / performance based programs, our commercial payer contracts, and alternative payment arrangements.Previously, she served as the Director of Business Intelligence and Integration at VHC Health. In that role, she was directly responsible for making strategic, financial, and operational decisions related to the hospital\'s business intelligence strategy, data management and interoperability, analytics and reporting, contracts, software acquisitions, resources and staffing, budget, third party application integration, and compliance with state, federal and other regulatory and public health clinical and quality reporting requirements.She also spent nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers Public Sector LLP (now known as Guidehouse), managing projects and serving clients in the military health and global public health sectors. She has specific and relevant expertise in the management of data analysis and reporting, people and team development, data governance, quality, and integrity, interfaces and data integration, machine learning/ Artificial Intelligence, managing federal contracts and the procurement process, and the deployment, implementation, and optimization of the electronic medical record (EMR) system in both the hospital and clinic setting. In her free time she is a dedicated runner and running community leader in the Northern Virginia area, having served as the President for six years and currently as board member of the Northern Virginia Running Club.
