I have over 13 years of experience in talent acquisition, including six years as a Recruiting Manager. I hold a Master of Nonprofit Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.I have a strong track record of building strategic partnerships, leading cross-cultural teams, and adapting to changing environments. I have recruited for various roles and functions, including the Product Development and Global Health Programs divisions at PATH, which encompass the Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access (CVIA) and the Center of Digital and Data Excellence (CoDE) respectively.
