Dr. Erin Chernak (formerly Erin Bowen) is an experienced manager and industry expert in continuous learning & development, organizational change, and leadership effectiveness. Dale Thompson Endowed Professor of Leadership at the University of Texas at Arlington; founding Chair and Professor in the Department of Behavioral & Social Sciences at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ; and Director of the Robertson Safety Institute at Embry-Riddle.
