My career has been delightfully varied, but with a consistent thread: I thrive as the strategic partner who helps leaders and organizations achieve their vision. I\'ve had the pleasure of working with creative, smart teams under strong, compassionate leadership, most recently serving as a founder\'s right-hand in a small, startup-like environment. I\'ve been affectionately referred to as the \"glue\" of a team (keeping all the pieces together), or the \"sponge\"(absorbing all key information, and asking questions to gather context). These nicknames capture what I do best - creating connections and making sense of complexity.Beyond being compared to multipurpose household items, I\'m a genuinely curious (this curiosity led me to an MBA) and find deep satisfaction in driving strategy, learning, and exploring new ideas. I\'m all about balancing relationships with efficiency, meaning sometimes that meeting really does need to happen.and other times a quick voice memo will suffice.I\'m resourceful (honestly, when is a budget ever as much as you want it to be?) and naturally connect the dots between ideas, trends, and existing relationship networks. I\'m nimble, and comfortable switching between the 5\' and view. I admit, I probably enjoy organizing/sorting through information more than the average person, and truly value a challenge. Ultimately, I\'m driven by a need to get things done (action-oriented), and to continuously note I do not accept requests from people I have not interacted with.
