Erin Bloom is an experienced workplace innovation leader, strategic thinker, and natural communicator with a reputation for connecting with people at all levels of the organization to build consensus, implement change, and drive results. She has an extensive history working with C-level executives and managing cross-functional teams across HR/People, Marketing, Finance, and IT to develop and execute high-impact culture strategies, corporate communications, and employee engagement. Erin is passionate about advocating for employees to help them find their place, thrive in their roles, and build high-performing teams.Erin co-founded Broad Advantage, a consultancy firm advising large clients, particularly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, on the Future of Work, focusing on employee experience and increasing gender representation. She previously served as the Sr. Director of Future of Work at LogicMonitor, where she developed and implemented real estate strategies, internal communications, events, and workplace policies.Before joining LogicMonitor, Erin was the Head of Culture and Community at Aquent, leading initiatives related to Employee Experience, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Internal Communications, and Workplace. Her earlier role at Aquent as the Global Director of Real Estate saw her managing a real estate portfolio across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.Early in her Aquent career, she was a Marketing Communications Manager and later Director of Marketing Communications & Public Relations. In these roles, she oversaw marketing & PR programs, led the launch of Aquent’s digital marketing and social media presence, and co-published a study with Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business on flexible career pathways.Recent achievements include building employee-centric offices in Amsterdam, Brno, and Minneapolis, launching community groups, developing employee engagement initiatives, deploying a remote-work strategy, planning global hybrid company kickoff events, and regularly appearing on TV spots discussing workplace culture and the future of work.
