Erin Wilson Pilates is a virtual Pilates studio offering livestream and on-demand Pilates and resistance training workouts. Classes are kept small so I am able to give my clients personalized attention and feedback. I always make sure my clients understand how to do the exercises correctly so they see results from every workout. Current livestream class offerings include Pilates Mat, Pilates mat with props and the signature Pilates mat and weight training hybrid class. I also have a curated workout library that has 350+ pre-recorded workouts including: Pilates, weight training circuits, express workouts, flexibility and recovery. All livestream class recordings live in the workout library as well so clients can follow along with the livestream classes. I have over 10 years experience teaching Pilates in luxury gyms and boutique studios in New York City. I have worked with clientele of all ages, fitness levels and train clients with a variety of goals. I have helped men and women develop strength, body awareness, and confidence through Pilates. I have been applauded for my excellent verbal cues, keen awareness on exercise form and motivational encouragement so my clients will be challenged at an appropriate level to reach goals, see results and reach higher levels of fitness than could be imagined.
