Analyze policy options and develop policy, legislative, and regulatory recommendations, for example, efforts to modernize the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program, efforts to expand VFC to children enrolled in S-CHIP programs and remove out-of-pocket costs for uninsured and underinsured children, and efforts to establish and implement a Vaccines for Adults (VFA) program. Focus on vaccine and healthcare access, pricing, and reimbursement, gaps in data, coverage, quality measures, payment and reimbursement structures, and policies. Develop and manage organization-level partnerships with pharmaceutical, pharmacy, and public and private payers, initiate strategic discussions with partners on program development and policy strategies.
