Responsible for designing, organising and setting up a Competence Centre in irradiation of electronic components, in conjunction with the partners of the Large Instrument Characterization programme.Building a commercial development plan and a marketing plan for the Irradiation Competence centre.Under the supervision of the programme director, I am responsible for: a) monitoring and piloting the various activities of the programme with the various member partners (ILL, ESRF, LPSC, CEA-Leti) and institutional partners; b) coordinating the actions of the PAC-G commercial promotion platform (Platform for Advanced Characterization-Grenoble).Responsible for Identifying, building and developing high potential industrial relationships in the short, medium and long term, with players in the microelectronics sector.Responsible for organizing meetings and visits of clients and industrial partners to member facilities of the programme.Leading the Planning, promotion and organization of events, training workshops and participation in trade fairs and conferences in support of PAC-G promotion activities.Responsible for Organizing and animating regular & extraordinary meetings to monitor the activities of the programme.Responsible for Drafting the monthly and annual reports of the programme for the directorate of IRT Nanoelec.
