She led communications on three successful RCV ballot measure campaigns and spearheaded a first-in-the-nation candidate program to educate voters and elect leaders committed to democracy reform.Before joining FVMN, Erin led the Minnesota Chapter of Moms Demand Action, part of Everytown for Gun Safety, the nation’s largest gun violence prevention organization. In that role, she served as principal spokesperson and media contact, coordinated legislative strategy, and organized rallies and other large-scale advocacy events.Earlier in her career, Erin practiced law and provided employment law training and compliance guidance at both Paul Hastings and Morgan Lewis.A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Erin is passionate about helping others find their voice to advocate for effective solutions, whether for an improved workplace, for a safer community or for a stronger democracy.
