The main duties to be carried out for the role are:• Marketing and promoting the centre to the business community for the offices and meeting room• Liaising with agents and arranging viewings of the available offices.• Doing daily, weekly and monthly checks• Weekly reporting • Running the social media for the centre• Dealing with current occupiers on a day to day basis• Managing contractors and ensuring work is carried out on the centre to a high standard• Ensuring procedures are adhered to• Making sure health and safety checks are carried out and procedures adhered to• Organising events• General administration• Working with Head Office to maintain consistent branding • Networking
